Balancing the Lung and Large Intestine Meridians can help bolster good health and reduce a sense of sorrow and grief.

Email me at You can pay me directly or e-transfer me the money in advance to confirm your spot. And now for something completely different.
Beginning this month, I will be offering online live yin and or meditation classes by appointment only. You can join me for a private one on one via Skype or Face Time at your convenience. You just need to email me and we’ll set up a convenient time. Here’s an opportunity to work with me one on one with any concerns or questions about meditation or yin and take a class all from the comfort of your home. The fee for online classes will be a sliding scale to be negotiated before class. Minimum for a yin class $30 for 45 minutes and for private meditation class it will be $15 for a half hour or $30 for an hour. You can buy time per class or by a group of 5 or 10 classes. Up & Coming Events: I am just formalizing a yoga retreat for next fall at Harmony Dawn Retreat Centre near Hastings, Ontario. I’m also exploring the possibility of a late spring retreat in Muskoka for 2019. And I’m working on arrangements for an international retreat in 2020. Details on the Harmony Dawn Retreat will be available soon so stand by. And I will have more information on the international retreat in 2020 likely at the beginning of the year. Never to early to start saving up for a yin yoga and meditation retreat abroad.
Also coming up next spring and or fall a Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Training. It will be open to students of yin, teachers of yin and health practitioners. It is a 24 hour course that will take place over two weekends. The fee will be $500 per person. The training will be limited to eight students only. Details of the training, time and place should be available in the December or January newsletter. So stay tuned. Please contact me asap at if you’re interested so I can save you a spot in this boutique-style training.

In other news: The new meditation series of 12 classes will begin on Saturday November 3 at 10am and runs until November, 2019. This year we will be working with Vipassana techniques (an expansion of mindfulness)and LoJong (compassion) training in our meditation practice. Registration for that is now open. Fee:12 classes for $150.00 Email me if you want to register. Meditation is such an important practice. It can help build a sense of equanimity and compassion that is so helpful in navigating the world in these often turbulent times. You can come for the whole series or drop in from time to time. Email me at to confirm attendance.
